Mayra Mega Itaborahy is partner of the firm with over 20 years of experience in both, corporate legal departments and large law firms, working in the areas of national and international contracts and corporate law. Since 2008, Mayra has also been involved in Copyright, Entertainment, and Digital Law.
Extensive experience in infrastructure, greenfield and expansion projects, construction, ports and maritime, new business, energy, steel industry, chemical industry, legal audits (due diligence), and international business, among other services in the corporate sector. She also serves clients in the entertainment and technology industries.
Law degree from the Federal University of Espírito Santo; MBA in International Business and Foreign Trade (FGV), and postgraduate degrees in Tax Law (IBET) and Entertainment Law and Digital Media (UERJ and Rede Daltro).
