The Finance and Taxation Committee approved a substitute bill to Bill 1810/25 setting a 60-day deadline — extendable once — for the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) to answer inquiries from companies, funds and other market participants on the interpretation of its rules, with publication of answers of general interest. The text also amends Law No. 12,810/13 to require the registration of derivatives transactions even absent central depositary.
