New Access Fee Payment Format

We hereby inform you that, as of February 1, 2025, an update has come into effect regarding the payment format of the access fee, with the purpose of adjusting the billing model. Previously, suppliers could choose to pay the access fee in installments ranging from 1 to 6 months. This format will be gradually adjusted according to the following schedule: until January 2026, the option to choose between payment formats remained available; as of February 2026, the available installment option will be limited to a maximum of 5 months of subscription; between February and June 2026, there will be a progressive reduction in the number of months available for installment payments; and, as of June 2026, the access fee will be charged in a single installment.

This change aims to adapt the access fee payment format starting in the second half of 2026, and all changes will be implemented gradually, allowing suppliers sufficient time to plan accordingly. We also emphasize that, in order to access Petrobras’ public opportunities, it is important to make the advance payment of the access fee. The due date can be checked in the internal area of the Portal, under My Subscription. If you are registered in Minha Petronect with CNPJ integration, please access the “Access Fee” folder.

If you have any questions, please contact the Petronect´s customer service channels at 4020-9876 and 4020-2460 for capital cities, metropolitan regions, and mobile phone calls, or at 0800 282 8484 for other regions.

New access to Petrobras environment

As of January 1, 2026, access to the Petrobras System has started to be carried out through a new B2B (Business to Business) authentication model for external users. This goal is to strengthen security, optimize access management, and provide a more integrated and efficient experience to suppliers.

External users—who access PrestServ for the registration and management of service providers should since January 1, 2026, use the B2B Guest model to perform new registrations in the referred system.

Currently, PrestServ has approximately 5,341 external users, who must migrate to the B2B model by February 27, 2026, in order to avoid the blocking of service provider registration and its management.

For better understanding, the step-by-step guide entitled “B2B Migration Guide” is available on Petrobras Service Providers and Professional Qualification Portal, in the help section: “Administration and Settings” Help.”
