ANTAQ’s Board approved the publication of the bidding notice for the lease of terminal IQI-16, at the Port of Itaqui (State of Maranhão), dedicated to solid mineral bulk, mainly fertilizers. The notice includes a market-concentration clause preventing the award to bidders whose market share, combined with the leased area, exceeds 40% of the relevant market in the port complex, unless no other valid bid exists.
