Brazil’s antitrust authority (Cade) approved, on June 23, 2026, without restrictions, the merger between Subsea7 and Saipem, two of the world’s leading providers of offshore engineering and installation services for the oil, gas and energy industries. The deal consolidates one of the largest global groups in subsea services and energy infrastructure.
