ANTAQ schedules for September 1 the public hearing on the concession of the Port of Santos access channel

The National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) will hold on September 1, at 2 p.m., a hybrid public hearing under Public Hearing No. 02/2026 to gather input on the technical and legal documents of the bidding process for waterway access to the Organized Port of Santos. The model provides for a 25-year concession covering management, operation, maintenance and modernization of the channel, with estimated investments of BRL 688 million; written contributions are accepted until September 29, pursuant to DG Resolution No. 55/2026.
