Petrobras’ new supplier relationship platform

Petrobras is adopting a gradual change in the platform for contracting with its suppliers.

The change comes down to the migration from the Petronect portal to the SAP Ariba portal. For the time being, the transition has only been completed for processes that do not require a tender.

According to Petrobras, the intention is to offer greater agility and a better relationship with suppliers, data integration and simplification in the process.

The aim is for the processes to run on both platforms this year, until they are fully migrated to the SAP Ariba solution.

Finally, Petrobras recommends updating supplier registrations on the Petronect website so that communications about future contracting processes can continue.
