The National Mining Agency released the provisional lists of municipalities deemed affected by mining activity for the 2026/2027 cycle, which govern the allocation of the 15% share of the Financial Compensation for the Exploitation of Mineral Resources (CFEM) and the percentages by type of impact. Interested parties have 15 business days from publication to file an appeal.
