Chamber of Deputies committee approves rules for industrialized-product distribution contracts

The Chamber of Deputies’ Economic Development Committee approved, on June 23, 2026, a substitute bill to PL 1780/22 establishing rules for industrialized-product distribution contracts, setting out suppliers’ and distributors’ rights and duties, a minimum 90-day termination notice, and minimum supplier indemnification of 2% of sales revenue. The bill does not apply to motor vehicles and still requires review by the Constitution and Justice Committee.
