Judicial interventions have also become an important tool to ensure these policies are effective, safeguarding fundamental rights such as access to clean and affordable energy. Additionally, the federal government announced an initial contribution of US$1 billion to the Tropical Forest Finance Facility (TFFF), a groundbreaking fund aimed at unlocking investments in forest conservation and sustainable development.
