Federal Court of Accounts reviews the Rota 2 de Julho concession and requires ANTT corrections before publication of the tender

The Federal Court of Accounts reviewed the privatization of the BR-116/324/BA highway system, covering 641.75 km under a 30-year concession with R$ 14.85 billion in projected investments. Reporting Justice Odair Cunha confirmed that ANTT had met the applicable formal requirements, but conditioned publication of the final tender documents on corrections to the financial model, to toll rate inconsistencies and to the criteria barring certain bidders from participating.
