Justice Nancy Andrighi, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), held that the court overseeing the judicial reorganization of Grupo Flecha Branca has jurisdiction over attachment measures affecting the debtors’ assets and the consortia they take part in. The ruling bars Labor Courts from acting directly on such assets, while preserving their authority to pierce the corporate veil and redirect enforcement against parties not covered by the reorganization.
