Provisional measures on transportation, diesel, floods, and aviation extended

The Senate extended four provisional measures relevant to the transportation, infrastructure, and aviation sectors by 60 days. MP 1,362/2026 opens R$30 billion in credit for sustainable vehicle purchases by taxi and rideshare drivers; MP 1,365/2026 provides R$1 billion to finance working capital for airline companies amid geopolitical tensions; and MPs 1,363 and 1,364 allocate resources for diesel subsidies and families affected by floods in Brazil’s Northeast.
