Brazil’s antitrust authority (Cade) clears RD Saúde’s unrestricted acquisition of GPA’s stake in Stix

Brazil’s antitrust authority (Cade) approved, on June 12, 2026, without restrictions, RD Saúde’s acquisition of GPA’s 66.67% stake in Stix Fidelidade e Inteligência, a deal closed for R$23 million. As a result of the transaction, RD now holds 100% of the company, ending the joint venture between the two companies.
