Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency sets up a Special Sales Committee for the renegotiation of the Brasília Airport concession

Published in the Federal Official Gazette of 21 September, ANAC Ordinance No. 20,010 of 17 September 2026 creates the Special Sales Committee tasked with conducting the Competitive Renegotiation Procedure for Concession Agreement No. 001/ANAC/2012, covering the expansion, maintenance and operation of Brasília International Airport – Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek. Grounded in Law No. 14,133/2021, the ordinance names the committee’s members and sets a minimum quorum of three for its operation and decisions.
